I like that they were very professional and they answered every question that I had. And they were on time.

Always nice and never uses big words. If they do, they break them down with examples. Even when we are checking out, everyone smiles and waves.

Dr. Springle is the greatest of all time. My son came in for a hurting knee. Dr. Springle knew to test him for the flu, despite my son having ZERO symptoms of the flu. He literally just had only been having knee pain for a couple of days. His Flu test came back positive! Dr. Springle listened to my son, regarding his pain levels , and my concerns. The best pediatrician ever! Thank you.

Exceptional interaction with the child and not just the parent

Dr. Kevin Springle is our provider. He is always very knowledgeable of our children's medical history and always provides us with extensive information on all the options available for us, to provide the best care for our children or if we need to talk to a specialist or anything like that. Dr. Springle has taken care of our children, for years and I usually seek him before any other providers in the practice.

I did think that the nurse took my child's temperature too rushed like and started the thermometer before she decided where to put it, in my child's mouth or under her arm. She went for under her arm before putting it in her mouth causing the thermometer to take a shorter and I felt inaccurate reading. My child's temperature was lower than it had been in 4 days. We were there because of persistent fever. But the doctor did listen to everything and took into consideration that she had had medicine a couple hours earlier and was respectful. As soon as we got home my child's fever was back up of course. Dr. Springle left us with a plan for treating and watching her over the weekend and coming back if she still has a fever after the weekend.

Everything was fine completely the way I needed, everyone understood my request and all my request was handled completely and right away. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time that take to explain everything in detail to us. And this is something that you don't see every time, but for Dr. Springle he was a great provider in a great doctor and we really appreciate his knowledge and his concern in reference to my grandkids. So thank you have a great day.
